幼儿教育作为我国义务教育阶段的组成部分,在教育中占据重要地位。音乐教育因为其亲和力强、容易被幼儿接受,被广泛地应用于幼儿教育的各个方面,在幼儿教育中占据着非常重要的地位。近几年,随着社会经济的飞速发展,社会对幼儿教育的质量追求也越来越高。面对社会形势的这种转变,如何在幼儿音乐教育人才培养方面不断深化培养模式改革,努力探索适合社会需求的应用型人才培养模式,成为高校人才培养模式改革的重要课题之一。基于此,展开应用型幼儿音乐教育人才培养模式探索,以期培养出更多、更好的符合我国幼儿音乐教育需求的应用型人才。
Early childhood education, as an integral part of China’s compulsory education, occupies an important place in education. Music education because of its affinity, easy to be accepted by children, is widely used in all aspects of early childhood education, early childhood education occupies a very important position. In recent years, with the rapid socio-economic development, the quality of early childhood education in the community is also being pursued more and more. Faced with this change in the social situation, it has become one of the important topics in the reform of personnel training mode in colleges and universities that how to continuously deepen the reform of training mode and how to explore an application-oriented training mode that suits the needs of the society. Based on this, we explore the exploration of the application-oriented model of talented children in music education with a view to cultivating more and better applied talented people who meet the needs of our children’s music education.
