一、前言水轮机导叶套筒密封的作用主要是防止压力水进入机坑之内。它虽然不是水轮机的关键结构部件,但其数量较多,因此,其结构优劣对加工工艺和机组安全运行以及检修维护等方面都有影响。试验前,我厂广泛采用如图1所示的结构,密封性能还是良好的。它由a、b两个部分组成,前者的作用是防止压力水漏入导叶套筒中,后者是防止水侵入水轮机顶盖之上。图2为新安江电站第一台水轮机导叶套筒密封结构。此结构中的“U”形牛皮软垫要求皮革质地良好、厚薄均匀,且制造工艺复杂,成本很高,后来改用橡皮材料代替。此外,该结构中的橡皮条1最初是放
First, the preface Turbine guide vane sleeve seal is mainly to prevent the pressure water into the pit. Although it is not a key structural component of a turbine, its number is large. Therefore, its structure has an impact on the processing technology, safe operation of the unit, and overhaul and maintenance. Before the test, our factory widely adopts the structure as shown in Fig. 1, the sealing performance is still good. It consists of a, b two parts, the former role is to prevent leakage of pressure water into the guide vane sleeve, which is to prevent water invade the top of the turbine cover. Figure 2 shows the first turbine guide vane sleeve seal structure of Xin’anjiang Power Station. This structure of the “U” -shaped cowhide leather requires good leather texture, uniform thickness, and the manufacturing process is complex, high cost, and later replaced with rubber material instead. In addition, the rubber strip 1 in this structure is initially placed
