基于岗位胜任能力的差异化培训,是对每个员工的知识、技能、潜能进行客观评分与科学分析后,查找员工现有技术技能水平与岗位要求之间的差距,制定出有针对性的培训需求方案,进行个性化的培训,使之满足岗位要求的一种培训新模式。本文以惠州供电局培训与评价工作为蓝本,研究供电企业如何开展基于岗位胜任能力的差异化培训,实现员工能力素质的有效提升。
