西安重型机械研究所主持的机械工业部重型机械行业科技情报网第三次工作座谈会和《重型机械》期刊第三次编辑委员会,于1982年11月2日～7日在浙江省宁波市召开。机械工业部重型矿山机械总局、部科技情报所、重型行业的一些主导生产厂、有关研究院所、高等院校共33个单位59名代表(编委会为15个单位的编委和代表)以及工业自动化仪表行业、矿山机械行业等兄弟网的代表参加了会议。会议学习了赵紫阳总理在“全国科学技术奖励大会”上的部分讲话;传达了(82)一机情字第333文和沈鸿、陶亨咸、曹维廉部领导在“机械工业部科技情报工作痤谈会”上的讲话精神;听
The third working seminar of the Heavy Machinery Industry Sci-Tech Information Network hosted by Xi’an Heavy Machinery Research Institute and the Third Editorial Committee of the Journal of Heavy Machinery were held in Ningbo, Zhejiang, from November 2nd to 7th, 1982. . Ministry of Machinery Industry Ministry of Heavy Mining Machinery, Ministry of Science and Technology, some of the leading manufacturers of heavy industry, relevant institutes, institutions of higher learning, a total of 59 representatives of 33 units (editing committee for 15 units of the editorial board and representatives) Representatives of Brother Network, such as industrial automation instrumentation industry and mining machinery industry, attended the meeting. The meeting studied some of the speeches made by Premier Zhao Ziyang at the “National Science and Technology Awards Conference”; and conveyed the 333th article of the “Zhongguo Science and Technology Awards” and the leadership of Shen Hong, Tao Hengxian, and Cao Weilian in the “Sci-tech Information Work of the Ministry of Machinery Industry”.
