本文对数码涡旋多联式空调系统制冷工况进行了实验研究,得出了启动工况下室内温度与系统耗功的变化规律、变流量工况下压缩机负载时间与制冷剂流量变化规律以及稳定运行工况下系统小时能效比、小时耗功随部分负荷率的变化规律。结果表明:数码涡旋多联式空调系统启动快速,室内设定温度降低时压缩机负载时间和制冷剂流量均有所增加,系统调节能力强,且在部分负荷时具有很好的节能特性。
In this paper, the experimental study on the refrigeration condition of the digital vortex multi-unit air conditioning system was carried out. The variation law of the indoor temperature and the system work efficiency under the starting condition was obtained. The variation law of the compressor load time and the refrigerant flow rate under the variable flow condition As well as the system hourly energy efficiency ratio and hourly power consumption with part load rate under steady operation conditions. The results show that the digital vortex multi-unit air-conditioning system starts up rapidly, the compressor load time and the refrigerant flow rate increase when the indoor set temperature decreases, and the system has strong regulation capability and good energy-saving characteristics under partial load.
