研究了离子氨化对38CrMoAl钢制件温度凸轮渗层表面的组织形态、力学性能及其尺寸变化的影响。结果表明,离子氮化与一般气体氮化处理的温度凸轮渗层相比,具有良好的组织和综合的力学性能,且变形量小。
The effects of ionic ammonification on the microstructure, mechanical properties and dimensional change of 38CrMoAl steel were investigated. The results show that ion nitriding has good microstructure and mechanical properties compared with the conventional gas nitriding temperature cam layer, and the deformation amount is small.
