[目的]调查温州地区原发性肝癌的危险因素。[方法]对温州地区180例原发性肝癌进行1∶1配对病例对照研究。[结果]通过条件Logistic模型分析 ,发现HBsAg阳性、抗 -HBc阳性、食腌菜、食豆制品、一级亲属肝炎史与肝癌的发生存在显著相关。通径分析表明 ,食腌菜、食豆制品、HBsAg阳性、一级亲属肝炎史对肝癌发生有直接作用 ;食腌菜、食豆制品对肝癌发生有间接作用。[结论]HBsAg阳性、抗 -HBc阳性、食腌菜、一级亲属肝炎史是温州地区原发性肝癌的主要危险因素 ,食豆制品是温州地区原发性肝癌的保护因素。
[Objective] To investigate the risk factors of primary liver cancer in Wenzhou area. [Method] A case-control study of 180 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma in Wenzhou area was conducted. [Results] The conditional Logistic model analysis found that HBsAg positive, anti-HBc positive, food pickles, soy products, first-degree relatives of hepatitis history and the incidence of liver cancer there is a significant correlation. Path analysis showed that pickles, soy products, HBsAg positive, first-degree relatives of hepatitis history of liver cancer has a direct effect; food pickles, soy products have an indirect effect on the occurrence of liver cancer. [Conclusion] HBsAg positive, anti-HBc positive, pickled vegetables, first-degree relatives hepatitis history are the main risk factors of primary liver cancer in Wenzhou area. The soy bean products are the protective factors of primary liver cancer in Wenzhou area.
