三门峡西站是个含下行编组场的编组站,上下行渡线的使用频率非常高。当三门峡—三门峡西站上行(或下行)接触网发生永久性接地故障后,此时若电力机车通过上下行渡线,因三门峡—三门峡西站上行(或下行)接触网存在接地点,强大的接地电流通过上下行分段绝缘器,很容易造成上下行分段绝缘器击穿烧毁,进而扩大事故和停电范围。本文针对这一问题进行了研究,并提出相应对策。
