根据压缩机能量调节的实测数据,用能量分析和(火用)分析法对压缩机进行能量调节时的功耗变化进行比较,获知在能量调节时虽能满足制冷量变化的要求,但制冷系数下降,(火用)损失增加;部分负荷下运转较满负荷运转时设备单位冷量的功耗增加10~20%以上,压缩过程和冷凝过程的总(火用)损失系数达63~73%。因此,提高压缩机效率,强化冷凝器传热是降低压缩制冷机能耗的最重要途径。
According to the measured data of compressor energy regulation, the power consumption changes in the energy adjustment of the compressor are compared by the energy analysis and the exergy analysis method, and it is known that although the energy requirement can meet the requirements of the cooling capacity change, the refrigeration coefficient Decrease, exacerbation losses increase; power consumption of unit cooling capacity increases by more than 10-20% when operating at full load under partial load, and total (excip) loss coefficient of compression process and condensation process reaches 63-73% .
