用不同浓度的硼酸(30、50、100mg/L)处理桃树优良品种中油五号、中油七号、双喜红、武井早生、83-1等5种桃树花粉,采用琼脂培养基发芽和显微照相法测定其花粉萌发率及花粉管生长速度,研究硼酸对桃花粉生活力及萌发速度的影响。研究表明:不同品种间花粉生活力存在显著性差异;不同浓度硼酸对花粉萌发及花粉管生长有明显影响,100mg/L硼酸处理花粉时效果最好;武井早生,中油五号的花粉活力较高。
Five peach pollens, Zhongyouwu, Zhongyou7, Shuangxiu, Wujing, 83-1 were treated with different concentrations of boric acid (30,50,100 mg / L) The pollen germination rate and pollen tube growth rate were measured by micrograph method and the effect of boric acid on peach pollen viability and germination rate was studied. The results showed that there were significant differences in pollen viability among different varieties. Boric acid with different concentrations had significant effects on pollen germination and pollen tube growth. The treatment with 100 mg / L boric acid had the best effect on pollen viability. .
