一、什么是有效教学我觉得“有效”主要是指经过教学之后,学生获得具体的进步或发展。理解“有效”的关键词应该是:进步、发展。也就是说,一堂课要看学生变了没有,发展了没有,成长了没有。走进课堂和走出课堂应该不一样:不好的变好了,一种好又多了另一种好,好的要好上加好。是教出来的好,不是已经有的好。这才是有效的。如果学生不想学或者学了没有收获,即使教师教得再辛苦也是无效教学;同样,如果学生学得很辛苦,但没有得到应有的发展,也是无效或低效教学。
