在工厂的生产试验中,用工业帘式涂布机生产出了高光泽、不含磨木浆的单面涂布纸。研究了涂布量对成纸质量的影响。通过变化预压榨线压来改变原纸的粗糙度。生产试验前,通过中试涂布机确定了涂料的最佳固含量和黏度。生产出的卷筒纸经中试多压区压光机压光,再经刮刀涂布后进行胶版印刷,并将其作为参比样品。结果表明,用此技术生产的印刷纸与刮刀涂布纸质量相近,但预压光对成纸质量的影响很小。
In the factory’s production trials, high-gloss, wood-free single-coated paper was produced using industrial curtain coaters. The effect of coating amount on the quality of paper was studied. By changing the pre-press line pressure to change the roughness of the base paper. Prior to the production test, the optimum solids content and viscosity of the coating were determined by a pilot coating machine. The web produced by the pilot multi-nip calender calendering, and then coated by a knife after offset printing, and as a reference sample. The results show that the printing paper produced by this technology is similar to the scraper coated paper, but the pre-calendering has little effect on the paper quality.
