农业气象情报(旬、月报及灾情报等)是气象服务于农业的主要信息产品,其自动化水平的高低决定了服务的效率和质量。针对目前情报文本仍需要人工编写,没有实现完全自动化等问题,在Meteo GIS平台的支持下,分析多维农业气象数据的时空分布及变化特征,基于拓扑原理建立气象要素统计特征与专业用语之间的关联关系,运用汉语言语法规则建立语言重组模型,完成语句、段落的规划。通过文档模板定制,实现了观测要素实时分析、图表生成、文字描述的自动化生成。该成果经进一步软件工程化后可集成到气象GIS平台中,以拓展气象GIS的功能,同时也可单独应用于大数据专题服务材料的编写,大幅提升科学数据报务能力。
Agrometeorological information (ten, monthly and disaster intelligence, etc.) is the main meteorological service in agricultural information products, the level of automation determines the efficiency and quality of service. The results of further software engineering can be integrated into the weather GIS platform to expand the function of meteorological GIS, but also can be used alone in the preparation of big data thematic service materials, substantially improve the ability of scientific data services.
