文章写作宗意从立法角度出发,通过比较借鉴国外的雇主责任保险制度,提出构建雇主责任保险制度及相关配套法律制度的立法建议,以期形成系统机制解决实践中职业伤害赔偿问题,最终建立真正适合我国国情的职业伤害保障机制。
From the perspective of legislation, this paper proposes a legislative proposal to establish employer liability insurance system and related legal system through comparing foreign employer liability insurance system with reference to foreign countries so as to form a systematic mechanism to solve the problem of occupational injury compensation in practice, and ultimately establish a real fit Occupational injury protection mechanism in China’s national conditions.
