随着高校后勤社会化改革的不断深入,后勤领域的经济成分、组织形式、就业方式、利益实现和分配方式日益多样化,竞争日趋激烈。这些深刻的变化,给后勤单位的工会工作带来诸多新情况、新问题,新的形势要求我们工会组织和广大工会干部,要有清醒的和前瞻性的认识,有勇于面对新情况,研究新问题,要根据后勤工作社会化的新特点,研究工会工作的新策略。通过行之有效的工会工作,调动一切积极因素,促进改革,以开创后勤工作的新局面,进而努力实现全总提出的“三个最大限度”的要求,即:最大限度地把各类职工组织到工会中来、最大限度地帮助广大职工解决实际困难、最大限度地调动好、发挥好广大职工的主动性、积极性、创造性。
