一、前言 牡丹江市铁南区热网工程是国家计委(86)1871号文件批准的国家重点工程项目。该项目引进了芬兰的先进供热技术和部分关键设备,被列为我国“三北”地区供热示范项目。该工程委托中国市政工程华北设计院设计。一九八六年九月完成了初步设计,一九八九年五月完成了施工图设计。
I. Preface The thermal network project of Tienan District of Mudanjiang City is a national key project approved by the State Planning Commission (86) No. 1871. The project has introduced Finland’s advanced heating technology and some key equipment, and has been listed as a demonstration project for heating in the “Three North” region of China. The project was commissioned by the North China Design Institute of China Municipal Engineering. The preliminary design was completed in September 1986 and the construction drawing design was completed in May 1989.
