在生物实验教学中,生物活体观察实验一直是一种效果不甚理想的实验,由于观察的对象是活的动物,动物之间又有一定的差异,和其他的实验相比,它不容易得到一个统一、标准的答案。因此,在生物活体观察实验中,为学生制定一些什么样的目标,怎样帮助学生更好的完成实验,是大家一直在探索的问题。本文以苏科版(2013)初中生物学八年级上册第六单元第十五章《人体内物质的运输》中《观察小鱼尾鳍内血液的流动》实验一课为例,对活体观察实验中目标制定尝试进行一些小小的探索。
In biological experiment teaching, biological living observation experiment has always been an experiment with unsatisfactory effect.
