The development of human society to this day is coming through the struggle against natural disasters and plagues. Influenza can be described as the first killer of human disease in human diseases. There have been many influenza pandemics in human history. The earliest ancient Greek flu was described from Hippocrates and the flu epidemic was recorded many times in the literature. Among them, the epidemic caused by influenza in the period from 1742 to 1743 involved 90% of Eastern Europeans. The “Russian flu” swept through Western Europe between 1889 and 1894 had a wide range of incidences and a high mortality rate. In 1918, a fatal flu swept the world, killing 20 to 50 million people. Almost a quarter of Americans have a flu, killing more than 500,000 people and nearly half of the dead are healthy young people.
