城镇医疗保障体系是我国医疗事业的重要组成部分,是构建和谐社会过程中有关的单位的重要工作。随着新型医疗保险制度的改革不断推进,为完善城镇医疗保障体系提供了一个很好的机会。因此,应该抓住新医改的契机,科学规划,构建全民、全社会的医疗保障体系。本文对现阶段我国城镇医疗保障体系存在的问题进行分析,并提出新医改背景下完善我国城镇医疗保障体系的几点对策。
The urban medical security system is an important component of China’s medical undertaking and an important task for the relevant units in the process of building a harmonious society. With the continuous reform of the new medical insurance system, it provides a good opportunity to improve the urban medical security system. Therefore, we should seize the opportunity of new medical reform, scientifically plan and construct a medical insurance system for all people and the whole society. This article analyzes the existing problems in China’s urban medical security system and puts forward some countermeasures to improve China’s urban medical security system under the background of new medical reform.
