前些天在南方某高校上课,课余与学生聊天,有位经营连锁酒店的学生提出一个问题,说现在八零后的员工个性突出,集体意识不强,很不好管理,问我有什么建议。这样的问题,我已不是第一次碰到。记得去年在一个论坛上,曾经有个企业家提出了这个话题,立刻得到了很多参会企业家的共鸣,顿时这个斜刺里杀出的话题倒成了大家热议的主题。这也说明,这个问题是许多企业里都有的问题。
