三级跳远是一项技术复杂,对身体素质要求较高、强度很大的项目。因此教学中要简化技术动作,降低练习难度,突出基本技术,逐步提高练习的要求;要把完整练习法和分解练习法很好地结合起来,既强调三跳间的衔接和连贯、形成正确的动作节奏,又要重视提高各部分技术动作的质量,同时要将三级跳远技术和发展有关的身体素质相约合,特别是弱腿的力量和弹跳力的练习。在教学过程中要注意安全,防止受伤,跳跃练习应尽量在平整松软的地上进行。
