根据国家电网及山东电力集团公司财务集约化的安排,为实现财务集约化管理目标,公司根据实际情况组织制定了以“六统一”、“五集中”为主线的财务集约化实施方案,并成立了由公司主管领导牵头、业务部门协同、多家开发商参与的组织保障体系,于2010年开始了以财务信息化为支撑的财务集约化实施历程。
