目的:阐明细胞增殖与凋亡在牙齿发生、发育过程中的机制,探讨牙齿发育的机理。方法:选用纯系SD大鼠建立牙齿发育模型,采用原位末端标记法(TUNEL法)及免疫组织化学增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)染色技术,观察分析纯系SD大鼠牙胚发育不同阶段细胞增殖及凋亡情况。结果:在牙齿发育的蕾状期、帽状期、钟状期增殖及凋亡的阳性细胞均出现在细胞增殖生长中心处。钟状晚期及牙体组织形成后,已分化的外釉上皮细胞、成釉细胞、成牙本质细胞中也可见,但以牙乳头及星网层细胞中多见。结论:牙齿发育过程中的细胞增殖与凋亡同时出现在生长中心部位,说明二者在牙齿发育中相互协调,共同控制牙齿的形态形成。
OBJECTIVE: To elucidate the mechanism of cell proliferation and apoptosis during tooth development and development and to explore the mechanism of tooth development. After the bell-shaped and tooth formation, the differentiation of the enamel epithelial cells, ameloblasts, odontoblasts can be seen, but the tooth papilla and more common in the retina. Conclusion: Cell proliferation and apoptosis in the process of tooth development appear in the center of growth simultaneously, indicating that the two are in coordination during tooth development and jointly control the formation of tooth shape.
