由于天然气管道具有很大的火灾和爆炸危险性,因此管道在所处工作条件下如何安全、平稳、保质保量地按时完成输送任务成为管道运营者关心的首要问题。因此,运用故障树分析法对事故进行了定性和定量分析,并计算出事故概率及分析出事故发生的可能途径,并提出了科学合理的风险削减措施。
Due to the great risk of fire and explosion in natural gas pipelines, it is a primary concern of pipeline operators how to safely and smoothly deliver pipelines on time and in good quality under the working conditions. Therefore, the fault tree analysis method is used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the accident, calculate the probability of the accident and analyze the possible ways of the accident, and put forward the scientific and reasonable risk reduction measures.
