用小鼠扭体法和热板法比较研究了草乌润后加压蒸新法炮制品和药典法炮制品、生品的镇痛效果。结果证明新法炮制品中以草乌润后加压蒸制时间较长者(新法1炮制品,润48h后,68.65kPa,115℃蒸2h)的镇痛作用明显,显著优于药典法炮制品(P<0.05)而与草乌生品相近。
The writhing method and hot plate method of mice were used to compare the analgesic effect of the new method of artificially pressurizing and steaming Caowu Runzi and Pharmacopoeia. The results demonstrated that the analgesic effect of the long-term pressurized steaming of the Aconitum curcuminum in the new processed product was significant (significantly better than the pharmacopoeial method). The product (P<0.05) was similar to that of grass black product.
