女性企业家在商战中雷厉风行,果敢魄力,有着过人的商战手腕;她们胸怀宽广,奖惩分明。在企业的建立和发展期间,在自己的管理风格上,女性企业家越来越引起业界的关注。女性从家庭走上社会的历史并不长,然而凭借着实力,几乎已经跻身于各个领域。除了工作的挑战之外,女性还担负照顾家庭、养育子女之责,她们摆脱了女性自身因素的影响,付出了常人难以想象的艰辛,以自身本性的亲和力、母性的柔韧性和细致入微的洞察力,在经济领域开拓出了一片生机勃勃的新天地。研究表明,除两个管理领域外,女性的实业领导能力都优于男性。对澳大利亚1800名男性和女性首席执行官和经理的调查数据显示,女性管理者更具战略意识、冒险精神、人际交往能力和创新精神。但是,从上市公司高管的榜单中明显可以看出,女性所占比例极少,很多上市公司的高管层里面根本就没有女性的位置。我们从众多女性企业家中选出的这50位女性高管是很幸运的。从其所受的文化程度来看,大学的居多,多是后续学习的结果,不乏硕士和博士学位的。从其本人的阅历来看、有个别的是职业经理人,也有在本行业里摸爬滚打几十年,从基层一步一个脚印上来的。从职位上来看,女性从事财务、行政、文秘的居多。当然,也有女承父业的。希望本次的特别专题能对提升中国女性在经营活动中的话语权起到一定的积极作用,这也是我们编辑部同仁以及合作伙伴的用心所在。
Women entrepreneurs in the business war vigorous and resolute, courageous, with extraordinary business tactics; they are broad-minded, rewards and punishments clear. In the establishment and development of enterprises, in their own management style, more and more women entrepreneurs have aroused the industry’s attention. The history of women going to the community from their families is not long. However, with their strength, women have almost become involved in all fields. In addition to the challenges of work, women are also responsible for caring for their families and raising their children. They are free from the influence of women themselves and pay for the unimaginable hardships of ordinary people. With their own natural affinity, maternal flexibility and meticulous insight Force, in the economic field has opened up a vibrant new world. Research shows that women have more industrial leadership than men, except for the two management areas. Surveys of Australia’s 1,800 male and female chief executives and managers show that women managers are more strategic, risk-taking, interpersonal and innovative. However, it is clear from the list of executives of listed companies that women account for only a very small proportion of the top executives of many listed companies, which have no place for women at all. The 50 women executives we’ve chosen from among the many female entrepreneurs are fortunate. From the perspective of their degree of education, the majority of the universities are mostly the result of follow-up study, with many master’s and doctoral degrees. From its own experience point of view, there are individual professional managers, but also in the industry fought for decades, step by step from the grassroots up. In terms of posts, women are mostly engaged in finance, administration and secretarial services. Of course, there are women who inherit their fathers. We hope this special topic can play a positive role in enhancing the voice of Chinese women in their business activities.
