目的:了解武汉市城区学龄前儿童的忽视状况。方法:采用中国3～6岁城区儿童忽视状况评价问卷整群调查武汉市城区1154名儿童家长,并进行统计分析。结果:武汉市城区学龄前儿童总忽视率为24.96%,总忽视度为40.72。各年龄组间总忽视度比较差异无统计学意义,但总忽视率比较差异有统计学意义,5岁组最大,6岁组最小。男、女童安全忽视率和情感忽视率最高,医疗忽视率最低;教育忽视度和身体忽视度最高,情感忽视度最低。3岁组的教育忽视率和医疗忽视率最大,6岁组最小;6岁组的情感忽视度和教育忽视度最高,4岁组最低。儿童忽视以1种忽视和同时受2种忽视为主(77.78%),同时受4种和5种忽视较少(11.12%)。结论:武汉市城区3～6岁儿童的忽视问题较严重,应引起足够重视。
Objective: To understand the ignorance of preschool children in Wuhan city. Methods: A total of 1,154 children’s parents in Wuhan urban area were investigated with the questionnaire of children’s ignorance in Chinese urban areas from 3 to 6 years old. Statistical analysis was made. Results: The total neglect rate of preschool children in Wuhan city was 24.96%, the total neglect degree was 40.72. There was no significant difference in the total neglect degree among all age groups, but the total neglect rate was statistically significant, the highest in the 5-year-old group and the smallest in the 6-year-old group. Male and female girls have the highest rate of neglect and neglect of safety, and the lowest neglect of medical neglect. They have the highest degree of neglect and neglect of education and the lowest neglect of emotion. The 3-year-old group had the highest rate of neglect of education and neglect of medical care, which was the smallest among the 6-year-olds. The 6-year-olds had the highest level of neglect and neglect of education, while the lowest in the 4-year-olds. Neglect of children with one kind of neglect and at the same time by two kinds of neglect (77.78%), while four kinds and five neglected (11.12%). Conclusion: The neglect of children aged 3 ~ 6 in urban area of Wuhan City is more serious and should be given enough attention.
