一个民营企业的老板曾经问过这样一个问题:自己刚创业时只有五六个人,什么制度也没有,但大家工作热情极高,晚上经常加班,从没有人提出过加班费的问题,表现出的奉献精神至今令人感动;现在企业大了,员工多了,相应的制度也完善了,但是,员工的奉献精神却消失了,甚至最早一起创业的人也开始斤斤计较了。那么这是否意味着,“制度越多,员工越自私”?作为成长中的企业,尤其是民营企业又应该怎样避免这种现象呢?为此,记者专访了清华大学访问学者、山东经济学院副教授高贤峰。
The boss of a private enterprise once asked such a question: when he just started his career, he had only five or six individuals and no system. However, he was enthusiastic about his work and often worked overtime at night. No one ever raised the issue of overtime payment. Dedication has been touching; now business is big, employees are more, the corresponding system is also perfect, however, the dedication of employees has disappeared, and even the earliest entrepreneurs start to preoccupied with it. So does this mean that “the more the system, the more selfish the employees”? As growing enterprises, especially private enterprises and how should we avoid this phenomenon? To this end, the reporter interviewed Tsinghua University visiting scholar, Shandong University of Economics associate professor Gao Xianfeng.
