目的为更好地进行食品中单核细胞增生李斯特菌检测工作,使检测工作更加便利、准确和灵敏,保障食品安全,防范食源性疾病的发生,开展此项目的研究。方法参照食品安全国家标准食品微生物检验GB 4789.30—2010单核细胞增生李斯特菌检验和GB 4789.28—2013培养基和试剂的质量要求。结果本次研究选用的3种培养基的3个评价指标(生长率、生长指数、特异性)均符合GB 4789.28—2013中的要求,并且通过实际样品的加标试验进行验证比较,2种显色培养基的检测效果优于PALCAM培养基。结论在实际检测样品中,应根据不同的样品和目的,灵活的选择培养基和培养条件及检测方法,以提高检测的准确性和效率,减少漏检。
The purpose is to carry out the detection of Listeria monocytogenes in food better, make the detection work more convenient, accurate and sensitive, ensure the food safety and prevent the occurrence of food-borne diseases and carry out the research of this project. Methods refer to the national food safety standards Microbiological examination of food GB 4789.30-2010 Listeria monocytogenes test and GB 4789.28-2013 Medium and reagents quality requirements. Results The three evaluation indexes (growth rate, growth index, specificity) of the three kinds of medium used in this study all met the requirements of GB 4789.28-2013, and the validation was made by the actual sample spike test. The detection of color medium is better than PALCAM medium. Conclusion In the actual test samples, the medium and culture conditions and test methods should be flexibly selected according to different samples and purposes so as to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the test and reduce the missed test.
