最近,我们就转制过程中企业干部职工的心态问题,到杭州、嘉兴、湖州等地的一些现代企业制度试点企业和其他国有企业(主要是困难企业)进行了调查。调查的结果表明,目前企业干部职工的主体心态是积极健康的,给我们留下较深印象的有三点:一是经过17年改革开放的洗礼,广大企业干部职工的改革意识明显增强。1994年浙江省总工会的一次调查表明,有72.2%的职工对改革大局表示理解和支持。二是干部职工对企业改革的适应度和心理承受能力有了不同程度的提高。三是不少企业
Recently, we investigated some state-owned enterprises (mainly difficult enterprises) in pilot enterprises of modern enterprise systems in Hangzhou, Jiaxing, Huzhou and other places regarding the mentality of employees in the process of restructuring. The results of the survey show that at present, the main mentality of enterprise cadres and workers is positive and healthy, leaving us with three aspects: First, after 17 years of reform and opening up, the awareness of cadres and workers in the vast majority of enterprises has been greatly enhanced.
