目的:研究人染色体末端酶(hTERC)基因在宫颈脱落细胞中的表达,探讨其在宫颈病变发生发展中的作用。方法:用荧光原位杂交技术(FISH)检测hTERC基因在20例正常宫颈细胞、59例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及41例宫颈癌中的表达率。结果:①hTERC基因在CINⅠ组、CINⅡ/Ⅲ组及宫颈癌组的扩增均高于正常组(P<0.05);②宫颈癌组hTERC扩增高于CINⅠ组、CINⅡ/Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。结论:①hTERC基因的扩增随着宫颈疾病严重程度的增加而增高;②应用FISH技术检测hTERC基因可以作为诊断宫颈病变的方法之一。
Objective: To study the expression of human telomerase (hTERC) gene in cervical exfoliated cells and to explore its role in the development of cervical lesions. Methods: The expression of hTERC gene in 20 cases of normal cervical cells, 59 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 41 cases of cervical cancer was detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Results: hTERC gene amplification in CINⅠgroup, CINⅡ / Ⅲgroup and cervical cancer group were higher than those in normal group (P <0.05); ②The hTERC amplification in cervical cancer group was higher than that in CINⅠgroup and CINⅡ / Ⅲgroup (P <0.05) ). Conclusion: ① The amplification of hTERC gene increases with the severity of cervical disease; ② The detection of hTERC gene by FISH can be used as one of the methods to diagnose cervical lesions.
