介绍了电机能耗诊断平台及系统的实现方法。系统采用TMS320F2812 DSP做为核心处理器,应用ZigBee技术以IEEE802.15.4协议为基础组成无线网络,实现对电机运行状态的监测。随后,对所开发的电机能耗诊断系统进行了测试,系统具有监测精度高、安装方便、成本低等特点,适合于对工业生产中广泛使用的中小型电机能耗在线监测与能源管理。“,”This paper introduced the diagnosis platform and system realization of electrical energy usage of motor. The system uses TMS320F2812 DSP as its kernel processor, and composes the wireless network with ZigBee technology which based on IEEE802.15.4 protocol to achieve the monitoring of the motor state. After that, the system was tested. It is proved that the system has a high precision on monitoring and easily installation with a lower cost. It is very suitable for online diagnosis and energy management of electrical energy usage for the small or medium-level motors.
