已有不少关于地高辛(Digoxin,D)与阿普唑仑(alprazolam,A)相互作用的病例报道.本研究旨在观察阿普唑仑对地高辛血药浓度的影响,尤其是与年龄相关的地高辛与阿普唑仑间的相互作用.将长期服用D治疗(0.25mg/d)的12例住院病人(6例≥65岁,(?)=72土2岁,6例<65岁,(?)=52±3岁)随机分为二组,每组分别含3例65岁以下和3例65岁以上患者.治疗过程中,分别给每组各3例患者加服不同剂量的阿普唑仑(lmg/d,0.5mg/d,共7天),并在服A前及第7天,即在服地高辛前及服后1、3、6、12、21、24h以及第2—6天服D前,取静脉血测血清D值以观察D的毒性反应,在第2—7天晨服A前,测血清A浓度.血清D与A浓度均用自动萤光极化分析仪法,资料用计算机程序以t检验分
