目的 :探讨丹参对失血性休克大鼠肾损伤的防治作用。方法 :选用 SD大鼠 30只 ,随机分成对照组、生理盐水组和丹参治疗组。实验结束后 ,取血和肾组织行肾功能、肾组织 P-选择素 ( P-selectin)和细胞间粘附分子 - 1 ( ICAM- 1 )表达 ,肾组织髓过氧化物酶 ( MPO)活性等测定。结果 :丹参治疗组血浆 BUN和 Cr与生理盐水组比较有明显下降 ;丹参治疗组肾脏 P- selectin和 ICAM- 1表达显著降低 ,局部髓过氧化物酶活性降低。结论 :丹参通过抑制 P-选择素和细胞间粘附分子 - 1介导的中性粒细胞的浸润而发挥对肾损伤的保护作用。
Objective: To explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of salvia miltiorrhiza on rats with hemorrhagic shock. Methods: Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into control group, normal saline group and Salvia miltiorrhiza treatment group. At the end of the experiment, blood and kidneys were taken for renal function, renal P-selectin and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) expression, and renal tissue myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity. And other measurements. RESULTS: Compared with the saline group, BUN and Cr in the plasma of Danshen treatment group were significantly decreased. The expression of P-selectin and ICAM-1 in the kidney of the Danshen group was significantly decreased, and the local myeloperoxidase activity was decreased. Conclusion :Salvia miltiorrhiza can protect against renal injury by inhibiting the infiltration of neutrophil mediated by P-selectin and intercellular adhesion molecule-1.
