辽宁朝阳凤凰山辽摩云塔是传承密宗金刚界之宝塔。塔上砖雕代表了辽代雕塑艺术最高水准。须弥座布满反映宗教内涵的砖雕图像,是朝阳辽塔的一个突出特点,也是辽代佛塔艺术精华之所在。其中的巨型组合砖雕形式是辽人在继承、总结前代雕刻技艺基础上的创新,开创了大型砖雕艺术的新纪元。朝阳辽塔砖雕既保留了唐代造像“丰腴为度”雍容华贵之美,又不失马背民族粗犷奔放之风。
Liaoning Chaoyang Phoenix Mountain LiaoMorning tower is the pagoda of the Taizong King Kong. The brick on the tower represents the highest level of sculpture art in Liao Dynasty. Xu Mizuo is full of religious images covered brick, Chaoyang Liao tower is a prominent feature, but also the essence of the Liao Dynasty pagoda art lies.
