一、引言掺钕钇铝石榴石晶体是一种合适的固体激光工作物质实验表明:Nd~(3+):YAG中钕离子的含量直接影响晶体的光学质量,从而影响激光器的指标。光散射、双折射等均与钕离子的析出及钕离子浓度变化有关。因此,测定掺钕钇铝石榴石(Nd~(3+):YAG)晶体中,钕离子的含量具有一定的意义。我们用钕离子的萤光x射线建立了测定Nd~(3+)YAG晶体中钕离子的方法。
I. INTRODUCTION The neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet crystal is a kind of suitable solid laser working substance. Experiments show that the content of neodymium ions in Nd ~ (3 +): YAG directly affects the optical quality of the crystal and thus affects the laser’s index. Light scattering, birefringence, etc. are related to the precipitation of neodymium ions and the concentration of neodymium ions. Therefore, the determination of neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (Nd ~ (3 +): YAG) crystals, neodymium ions content has a certain significance. We have used neodymium ion fluorescence x-ray to establish a method for the determination of neodymium ions in Nd 3+ YAG crystals.
