基于淄博案例地区企业层面的调查数据,揭示了我国地方建筑陶瓷工业发展中的问题:工艺创新和产品研发能力不足、企业间存在低水平无序竞争、资源供给和环境胁迫压力日益增大、缺乏营销网络和区域品牌等,并从集群的角度提出了建筑陶瓷工业提升竞争力和可持续发展能力的基本措施:构建企业间垄断竞争的分工格局、推进企业清洁生产和循环经济建设、培育区域创新体系、建设区域品牌与营销网络以及构建开放的产业集群系统。 Based on the survey data of enterprise level in Zibo district, the problems in the development of local building ceramics industry in our country are revealed: technological innovation and product research and development capabilities are inadequate; there is a low level of disorderly competition among enterprises; increasing pressure on resource supply and environmental coercion; Marketing network and regional brands, and from the cluster point of view put forward the building ceramic industry to enhance competitiveness and sustainable development capacity of the basic measures: the construction of monopolistic competition among enterprises division of labor, promote cleaner production and recycling economy, fostering regional innovation System, building a regional brand and marketing network and building an open industrial cluster system.
