采用中国韦氏儿童智力量表对门诊就诊的210名学习困难儿童进行智力测查,结果显示,FIQ≥70的儿童占7048%,FIQ<70的儿童占2952%,且FIQ≥70的儿童中PQIVIQ≥15即智力发育不平衡者明显多于FIQ<70的儿童结果提示,学习困难儿童智力偏低,且存在言语能力落后于操作能力,即智力发育不平衡的高发生率现象智力因素是导致儿童学习困难的主要因素之一,但非智力因素对儿童学习成绩也有重要影响
