全军医学图书馆文献资源共享协作网1996年例会于4月16～21日在厦门陆军疗养院召开。25个单位的28位代表出席了会议。 根据《全军医学图书馆文献资源共享条例》,会议协商、讨论了1997年全军外文期刊预订计划。各馆通报了各自外文刊增减情况,停订军内孤本刊的馆,在表明经费困难的同时,阐述了停订原因（如:读者利用率低,有类似刊物,到刊不及时或停止出版等）。通过代表讨论、审定,会议批准1997年停订外文刊132种,其中军内孤本刊45种。1997年全军新增订外文刊551种,其中国内或军内孤本202种。新增刊基本是解放军医学图书馆接收的国外赠刊。 The PLA Medical Literature Resource Sharing Network 1996 regular meeting was held in Xiamen Army Nursing Homes on April 16 ~ 21. Twenty-eight delegates from 25 units attended the meeting. According to the “Allied Medical Library Document Resources Sharing Regulations,” the meeting negotiated and discussed the plan of booking the PLA’s foreign language periodicals in 1997. The museums notified the increase and decrease of their respective foreign language journals and stopped the magazine of the only journals in the military. While indicating the difficulties in funding, they also explained the reasons for the cessation (for example, low readership rates, similar publications, delayed publication or Stop publishing, etc.). Through the representatives’ discussion, examination and approval, the meeting approved 132 kinds of foreign language publications to be closed in 1997, of which 45 were only published in the army. In 1997, an additional 551 kinds of foreign-language periodicals were added to the army, of which 202 species were domestic or military alone. The newly added basic is the PLA Medical Library receive foreign donations.
