当前，我国已逐步取消黄金“统购统配”计划管理体制，开放黄金市场。社会各界总体上认为黄金改革势在必行，是中国加入WTO搞活国内黄金企业的一项根本措施。我们认为，当前我国黄金管理体制改革中应注意解决以下四个方面问题，以便实现黄金市场有序、稳定地放开。１．黄金市场 At present, our country has gradually canceled the gold “unified plan of purchasing and distributing” plan management system and opening up the gold market.
