立体定向放射外科(SRS)治疗癫疒间具有定位精确、对周围组织损伤小、疗效好及安全等优点,目前已被证明可有效治疗癫疒间。SRS治疗癫疒间的确切机制尚不十分清楚,近年来的研究认为:其可能与射线影响神经细胞膜的离子通道功能,引起致疒间神经元传导阻滞,致疒间神经元对放射高度敏感,射线致癫疒间神经元递质失衡,射线直接破坏癫疒间神经元等几种机制相关。本文结合文献,对SRS治疗癫疒间的机制研究作一综述。
