目的:分析健康教育在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果,为临床护理的实施提供参考。方法:对260例糖尿病患者,在其护理过程中实施规范化、全程、护患及家属参与的健康教育,并在患者入院时与出院后2个月进行健康行为的评估,定期随访,跟踪评价。观察并比较实施健康教育前后患者健康行为的变化。结果:与实施健康教育前比较,患者有益的健康行为明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育可明显提高糖尿病患者的知识水平和自我管理能力,建立良好的健康行为,从而有助于有效控制血糖,延缓并发症的发生,同时提高整体护理的质量。
Objective: To analyze the effect of health education in the treatment of diabetic patients and provide references for the implementation of clinical nursing. Methods: A total of 260 cases of diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. The standardized, full-time, nurse-patients and their families participated in the health education during the nursing process. The health behaviors of patients were evaluated at the time of hospitalization and 2 months after discharge. Regular follow-up and follow-up evaluation were conducted. Observed and compared before and after the implementation of health education changes in patients’ health behavior. Results: Compared with before health education, the beneficial health behaviors of patients were significantly improved, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Health education can significantly improve the knowledge level and self-management ability of patients with diabetes and establish good health behaviors, which can help control blood sugar effectively, delay the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of overall nursing.
