目的:探讨定期技术培训在口腔科的应用体会。方法:选取医院口腔科的6名医生,组织开展定期技术培训。在培训前后,由带教老师进行评分,记录比较培训前后的诊疗水平、常规医疗知识水平和消毒及感染预防水平。结果:培训后,医生的诊疗水平包括明确诊断能力、诊疗规范程度、诊疗熟练程度和新技术仪器应用能力均明显提高(P<0.05);常规医疗知识水平,包括急救处理能力、药品过敏诊疗能力和基本药物用法掌握程度均明显提高(P<0.05);消毒及感染预防水平,包括诊疗时评估患者健康程度、医疗设备及时消毒、医疗废物妥善处理的比例均比培训前提高。结论:通过定期技术培训,医生的诊疗水平、常规医疗知识水平和消毒及感染预防水平均提高,对口腔科诊疗具有积极意义。其中诊疗规范及熟练程度、急救处理和药物过敏处理能力仍有待提高,新技术、仪器应用能力仍普遍较低,小部分医生未能规范执行消毒及感染预防操作。建议在培训中进一步加强新技术、仪器的培训力度,对培训后提高程度较低的医生可进行补充培训。
Objective: To explore the application of regular technical training in dentistry. Methods: Six doctors in the department of stomatology were selected to organize regular technical training. Before and after the training, teachers taught by the teacher to score, record the level of diagnosis and treatment before and after training, conventional medical knowledge and disinfection and infection prevention level. Results: After the training, the doctor’s diagnosis and treatment ability includes the ability of definite diagnosis, the standard of diagnosis and treatment, the proficiency of diagnosis and treatment and the application ability of new technique instrument (P <0.05). The level of general medical knowledge, including emergency treatment ability and drug allergy diagnosis and treatment ability (P <0.05); the level of disinfection and infection prevention, including the assessment of patient health during treatment, timely disinfection of medical equipment and the proper treatment of medical waste were all higher than those before training. Conclusion: Through regular technical training, doctor’s diagnosis and treatment level, routine medical knowledge level and disinfection and infection prevention level are all improved, which is of great significance to the dental diagnosis and treatment. Among them, the standard of diagnosis and treatment, proficiency in first aid treatment and drug allergy treatment still need to be improved. The ability of new technologies and instruments to be used is still generally low. A small number of doctors have failed to regulate the implementation of disinfection and infection prevention. It is suggested that the training of new technologies and instruments should be further strengthened in the training and supplementary training should be provided to those doctors who have been trained to a lesser degree after training.
