利用组织培养和系统选育,从杂交水稻“南优2号”、“汕优2号”中获得的新品系“南花5号”、“南花11号”、“汕二39”、“汕二59”是高产品系,用淀粉凝胶和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析了这些新品系及“南优2号”、“汕优2号”杂交种和亲本中的酯酶、过氧化物酶、ATP酶、苹果酸脱氢酶、谷氨酸脱氢酶的同工酶。杂种“南优2号”和“汕优2号”及其亲本之间的ATP酶、苹果酸脱氢酶、谷氨酸脱氢酶的同工酶都没有差异。杂种“南优2号”、“汕优2号”酯酶同工酶酶谱、阳极有EA_2、EA_3互补酶带,阴极有Ec_1、EC_2、EC_3、EC_4互补酶带,“南花5号”、“南花11号”、“汕二39”、“汕二59”的酯酶同工酶酶谱型能从F_2代的杂交稻中选育得到。表明通过组织培养或系统选育或结合理化因素处理都能从优良杂交稻的分离代中获得这些高产新品系。
By using tissue culture and system selection, the new lines “Nanhua 5”, “Nanhua 11” from hybrid rice “Nanyou 2” and “Shanyou 2” , “Shanyu 39” and “Shanyany 59” were high-yielding lines. The new lines were analyzed with starch gel and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Excellent 2 “hybrids and their esterases, peroxidase, ATPase, malate dehydrogenase, glutamate dehydrogenase isoenzyme. There was no difference in the isozyme of ATPase, malate dehydrogenase and glutamate dehydrogenase between hybrid ”Nan You 2“ and ”Shanyou 2“ and their parents. The hybrids of ”Nan You 2“ and ”Shanyou 2" were characterized with the same enzyme bands of EA_2 and EA_3 at the anode and the bands of Ec_1, EC_2, EC_3 and EC_4 complementary to the cathode. Esterase isozyme patterns of Nanhua No.5, Nanhua No.11, Shanyany39, Shanyanyi 59 could be selected from F 2 generation of hybrid rice get. These results indicate that these high yielding new lines can be obtained from the isolation of excellent hybrid rice through tissue culture or system selection or physicochemical treatment.
