为了研究山西地区猪流行性腹泻病毒M基因的遗传变异情况,从2014年10月~2015年4月山西地区11个地市收集的猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)病料中扩增到4株PEDV的M基因,并进行序列比对及遗传分析。结果表明,4株PEDV的M基因与CV777毒株比较,部分核苷酸及氨基酸发生改变。4株PEDV的M基因核苷酸和氨基酸的同源性分别为99.6%~100%和99.1%~99.6%,与参考毒株的核苷酸和氨基酸的同源性分别为96.3%~99.9%和96.0%~99.1%。遗传进化分析显示,4株PEDV与2010-2013年中国分离株(BJ2010、HB/BD、HB/FN、HLJ-2012、GDHZ-1202、SHQP/YM/2013)、2008年泰国KU04RB08株亲缘关系较近;与2株泰国株(M_NIAH2013_95和M_NIAH1795_04)、2株欧洲株(CV777和Br1/87)和2006年中国分离株LZC亲缘关系较远。
In order to study the genetic variation of M gene of swine epidemic diarrhea virus in Shanxi province, four strains of swine porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) were collected from 11 cities of Shanxi Province from October 2014 to April 2015 M gene of PEDV, and sequence alignment and genetic analysis. The results showed that compared with the CV777 strain, the M gene of four PEDV strains changed some nucleotides and amino acids. The nucleotide and amino acid homologies of M gene of four strains of PEDV were 99.6% -100% and 99.1% -99.6%, respectively. The homologies of nucleotide and amino acid of the M gene of four strains were 96.3% -99.9% And 96.0% ~ 99.1%. Genetic evolution analysis showed that the genetic relationship between 4 PEDV strains and Chinese isolate KU04RB08 from 2008 to 2013 (BJ2010, HB / BD, HB / FN, HLJ-2012, GDHZ-1202, SHQP / YM / 2013) Nearly two strains of Thailand (M_NIAH2013_95 and M_NIAH1795_04), two strains of European strains (CV777 and Br1 / 87) and the 2006 Chinese isolate LZC fate far.
