随着建筑市场的不断发展,建筑业劳务人员尤其是农民工日益成为中国产业工人的重要组成部分,稳定以农民工为主体的务工队伍成为建筑企业生存和发展的头等大事。本文通过积极探索在新时期下农民工养老保险待遇的落实工作,为建立农民工养老保障的长效机制作出有益的实践尝试。 As the construction market continues to evolve, construction workers, especially migrant workers, are increasingly becoming an important part of China’s industrial workers. Stabilizing the migrant workers with migrant workers as the mainstay has become a top priority for the survival and development of construction enterprises. In this paper, by actively exploring the implementation of the pension insurance for peasant workers in the new era, this paper tries to make beneficial attempts to establish the long-term mechanism of peasant workers’ pension insurance.
