学企业管理学的时候,有一个“企业文化”的题目,非常惹火。不过,这却是一个争论不休、缺少定论的话题,我学了一个学期也没弄明白究竟说的是什么。至于我个人的想法是这样的:企业文化不是用浆糊糊上去的几片纸,几句口号,一些规章制度,或者领导人的高谈阔论,而是活生生的企业人的充满生命力的创造。关于这一见解,请允许我结合新近出版的万科周刊《白领2001——<万科>周刊精选》(企业管理出版社2001)作些讨论。先从一个古老的故事讲起。公元前47年,凯撒在小亚细亚的吉拉城,只用5天时间便一举击溃帕尔纳凯斯。在写给罗马友人的报捷短信中,凯撒将所有的喜悦和骄傲浓缩于三个词:“我来了!我看見了!我征服了(I come,I see,I conquer)!”
When learning business management, there is a “corporate culture ” topic, very hot. However, this is a topic of endless debate and lack of certainty. I did not understand what exactly I said after a semester. My personal opinion is this: the corporate culture is not a few pages of paper, a few slogans, some rules and regulations, or the rhetoric of the leaders, but the full vitality of the living business people. On this view, allow me to make some discussions with the newly published Vanke Weekly Magazine White-collar 2001 - Vanke Weekly Magazine (Business Administration Press 2001). Start with an ancient story. In 47 BC, Caesar beat Parnaces in only five days in the city of Gela, Minor Asia. In a short message to Roman friends, Caesar condensed all the joy and pride into three words: “I came! I saw! I conquered!”
