党的十八大明确提出:“让人民监督权力,让权力在阳光下运行”。习总书记指出:“要健全权力运行制约和监督体系,把权力关进制度的笼子里。”十八届三中全会指出:“坚持用制度管权管事管人,让人民监督权力,让权力在阳光下运行,是把权力关进笼子的根本之策”。十八届四中全会专题讨论研究“依法治国”。要实现全面依法治国,构建与之相适应的中国特色社会主义法治行政文化成为必然要求。本文围绕中国特色社会主义法治行政文化构建进行论述,以期对当前行政文化建设提供一些借鉴和思考。

To realize the rule of law in accordance with the law in all its aspects, it is an inevitable requirement to construct a socialist administrative law system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This article discusses the construction of the administrative culture of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics, with a view to providing some reference and thinking on the current administrative culture.
