目的 氯胺酮复合安定应用于小儿麻醉，以满足手术的要求。方法 对 ASAⅠ—Ⅱ 级出凝血时间正常的小儿患者在手术中施行氯胺酮复合安定麻醉。结果 在 166例小儿手术中施行氯胺酮复合安定麻醉，具有镇痛作用快速可靠安全、用量少、并发症少，对呼吸循环扰乱小，便于围手术期管理，安全、实用的特点。结论 氯胺酮复合安定应用于小儿麻醉减轻了其对呼吸循环的扰乱，便于围手术期的管理，安全，实用，具有良好的社会效益和经济效益，适用于广大基层医院。
Purpose Ketamine is used in pediatric anesthesia to meet the requirements of surgery. Methods A pediatric patient with normal clotting time of ASAⅠ-Ⅱ was anesthetized with ketamine combined with diazepam during the operation. Results In 166 pediatric operations, ketamine combined with diazepam was used. It had the advantages of fast and reliable analgesic effect, less dosage, less complications, less disturbance to the respiratory cycle, and more convenient perioperative management, safety and practicality. Conclusion The combination of ketamine and diazepam for pediatric anesthesia alleviates the disruption of respiratory circulation, facilitates perioperative management, is safe and practical, has good social and economic benefits, and is suitable for general primary hospitals.
