为了提高我厂铋金属的回收率,并进一步探讨铜铋分离的有效途径,我们采用氧化浸出法,对选矿车间过去废弃的大量难选硫化矿,进行了回收铋的试验,取得了较好的效果。 采用氧化浸出法,原料不用预先焙烧,即可直接进行浸出。流程简单,操作简便,技术条件易控制,不需要复杂、贵重的设备。小型试验与工业试验的结果均表明,技术指标比较理想:原料含铋1.89%,浸出后可获得含铋55~62%的铋精矿,回收率达92%左右。
In order to improve the recovery rate of bismuth metal in our plant and further explore the effective way to separate copper and bismuth, we use the oxidation leaching method to test bismuth recovered from a large amount of refractory sulfide ore that has been abandoned in the dressing plant in the past, and achieved good effect. Using the oxidation leaching method, the raw material without pre-roasting, you can directly leaching. The process is simple, easy to operate, easy to control technical conditions, does not require complex, expensive equipment. The results of both small-scale and industrial tests show that the technical indexes are quite satisfactory: 1.89% of bismuth is contained in raw materials, bismuth concentrate containing 55-62% of bismuth can be obtained after leaching, and the recovery rate is about 92%.
